Payment, cancellation, refund and shipping policy
Dhanbad Fabricators is an iron / metal / metal sheet manufacturing workshop at Dhanbad, Jharkhand. We expect our customers ("you") to understand the difference between buying a ready-made product and getting it custom manufactured with Dhanbad Fabricators.
At dhanbad fabricators, we update our customers regularly on the progress of their product being manufactured. We encourage our customers, if they want, to do quality check or verify their product being fabricated.
Once a product is ready, and checked by customer with specified order, we deliver it ex work or ex factory at our workshop.
You are advised to carefully read this payment and refund policy before using this website and ordering anything with Dhanbad Fabricators.

We do not provide cash on delivery option. Following payment modes are accepted at Dhanbad fabricators

Cancellation and refund policy
Dhanbad Fabricators reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order(s):
- If we suspect a fraudulent transaction, or
- under situations, where we are not able to meet the requirements of the order placed, or
- If we suspect a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
- For any reason outside the control of Dhanbad Fabricators.
At dhanbad fabricators, we start fabrication of products only after a customer confirms the requirement and pays as per our payment policy. Since most of our products is customised product, we do not allow cancellation of order once manufacturing starts.

Customer can advise about cancellation / refund by giving in writing at dhanbadfabricators[at]gmail.com or contacting us on phone number available on this website, with the reason of cancellation and refund.
If your cancellation request is accepted or if your order is cancelled by us, you would be notified and refunded within 5 working days.
Return replacement policy
Since we manufacture customised products as per order of our customers, once a customer has taken delivery of the fabricated product, we do not accept any returns.
Repair / refund, however, is only accepted in case of:
- If there is a manufacturing defect in the product
- If the product received is different from what you ordered
Repair / refund, will NOT be accepted in the case of:
- sale and refurbished products
- If the product is as described and delivered in good condition
Shipping policy
We do not provide shipping of our products, all our products are delivered ex work or ex factory basis at our workshop. Customer is required to make their own transportation and logistic arrangement.
Dhanbad Fabricators however, provides its customers a list of 3rd party logistic transport provider with which all shipping terms can be discussed and arranged by themselves.
Installation Policy
We avoid installation and fitting servicing at customer premise, please read why no to installation and site work
- Products that require installation :
We have a tie-up with 3rd party installation service providers. Technicians will visit your premise to install the product at extra charge, discussed in advance. - Products that don't require installation :
We can guide you on how to install a Do-it-Yourself (DIY) product on a phone call, and/ or share an assembly video for the same.
Warranty Policy
We offer below warranty from the date of delivery (Bill of purchase is mandatory to avail warranty) :

Warranty limitation:
- Warranty of the product is limited to a manufacturing defect.
- Warranty doesn't cover damages caused due to Acts of God and Force Majeure Acts.
- Warranty doesn't cover damages during transportation.
- Warranty doesn't cover wear & tear due to usage.
- Warranty doesn't cover if the product is physically damaged.
- Warranty doesn't cover mirror breakage, glass breakage and loss of keys.
To claim warranty:
Please contact us with the product pictures and videos along with details. We will check the case and see if the product is eligible for a warranty.
